Estate grown and bottled, this is a stunning example of just how good Sauvignon Blanc can really be.  Forget overly acidic and grassy Sauvignon, think ripe fruit, full bodied with tropical aromas, yet still with a delicious and refreshing crisp finish.

Viticultural Practices

The grapes are grown on well drained gravel soils. All vines are grafted onto 3309 rootstock which limits crop and enhances flavour intensity.  

Wine Making Details

The grapes are grown just metres from the winery, so the first time they leave the estate is in a bottle.  Made from free run juice that underwent a cool fermentation, this is a very special Sauvignon Blanc.
