Made from just 'Five Rows' with just over 800 bottles produced, this is a dry, full bodied Pinot Gris with great texture, and lightly roasted pear and subtle spice flavours.

Viticultural Practices
Made from 16 year old vines which are planted on well-drained sandy gravels. The clone is 2/15 known for its ability to produce very high quality wines particularly when made in barrel.
Wine Making Details
The grapes were machine harvested and then pressed to straight to neutral (old) oak barrels for fermentation. The wine went through wild fermentation until dry and then spent nine months in barrel. It was aged in bottle for 12 months before release.
This wine is perfectly paired with pork or roasted white meats. The spice finish means it also pairs well with Asian dishes.
